We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return


Email returns@voniczelia.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@voniczelia.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
